 Using your presets

FOR THE DESKTOP .XMP FILES

First, you'll have to unzip the file on your computer. From there, you have the folder of your preset files. Navigate to your Lightroom, and press the ‘+’ on your preset window:

From there, you will navigate to the folder of files and simply import the .xmp files!

FOR THE LIGHTROOM MOBILE .DNG FILES

You will want to have the .dng files / photos on your mobile device, and then import them to your Lightroom Mobile catalog. From there, you can copy and paste the settings off of them and/or save them as a preset. I included the name of each preset on the photo to make it easier to save and name!
Note: On some newer updated phones, you can unzip the file from your phone directly or using an app. But if you are unable to unzip the file containing the presets directly onto your phone, you’ll have to open the .zip on a computer, download, and then send/airdrop the .dng files to your phone.
